MATHIAS PERINI

Restochô is a small catering company owned by the chef  Mathias Perini. Since 2013 Restochô has been providing highly praised fine dining events and cooking courses for both private and corporate clients.

 

The idea first came to Mathias while working at Restaurant la Place, a trendy lunch restaurant in Helsinki, also providing fine dining catering services, cooking courses and cocktail parties in different locations and offices around the city. Mathias was then offered a job in St. Petersburg, working there for two years as a chef consultant for a restaurant group sharing his passion with the Russian chefs.

 

After St. Petersburg Mathias came back to Finland to work for a year and a half for a well known Chef at restaurant Luomo. Noticing that his passion was in fine dining catering, he finally set-up is own company in 2013.
